International Shipping Policies

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Drop-ship items and expedited shipping is not available for International orders.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. We are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. We cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

- We ship to your home address only.
- We do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts.
- A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
- Shipments to PO Boxes can only be shipped via La Poste.
- La Poste shipments cannot be tracked and have a slower rate of destination arrival.

Shipping Policy inside Switzerland

For Switzerland :
Priority (1-4 days): 5 CHF
Economy (2-7 days): 3 CHF
Most orders shipped within 2-3 days and holidays excluded.
Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
Items ordered together may ship separately.

Terms of payment (International Customer)

All credit cards will be verified by our credit card center in Glattburg, Switzerland.

For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by e-mail. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers.

We reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

If you choose “bank transfer” as method of payment, please be advised that your bank will charge you a taxe. These costs are determined by your local bank. We cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more details, ask your bank.

Terms of payment (inside switzerland)

We ask you to settle the invoice in within 10 days. Unauthorized reductions will be charged.
If you aren’t in delay with your payments, we are entitled to charge you an interest of 5%. We will close your account and take the course of the law .

Exchanges policies

All of our clothing, accessories and footwear comes with a 7 day no-quibble guarantee. This begins the day you receive the item from us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wrong size?
If you have ordered something in the incorrect size, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item, after which you will be eligible for an exchange only. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must send your unwanted item back to us (in the original packaging, unworn and complete with tags) and complete a transaction on the website for the item that you do want. After we have recieved the unwanted item back, we will refund this order.

Please note that BEFORE you return an item to us, send an email to info@question-life.com, quoting your order number and the item that you ordered.

Clothing

All items must be unused and include the original packaging
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

LIFE ? does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with a return form explaining the defect. LIFE ? will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective.
